Forest Hill Bilingual Preschool
Forest Hill Bilingual Preschool has been proudly serving Concord for more than thirty-five years as a weekday children’s ministry of Forest Hill United Methodist Church. The school seeks to be a safe place for preschool-age children to learn and grow in an environment rooted in God’s love, affirming the diversity of language, culture, and economic backgrounds. The preschool serves children ages 24 months – 5 years, with age requirements that must be met by August 31 for the class they are entering. Some key features include a secure environment with a security system, year-round registration based on availability, and a bilingual emphasis that values language and cultural diversity. The school operates on a traditional academic calendar, from September through May, following the Cabarrus County Public School calendar for holidays, with classes attending from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and offering flexible attendance options of 3 or 5 days per week. Unique characteristics of Forest Hill Bilingual Preschool include its bilingual approach and its commitment to diversity, making it a distinctive educational setting for young children.
