Park View Elementary School
Park View Elementary School is a learning community that emphasizes a positive and supportive environment, encouraging students to think positively and maintain a can-do attitude. The school adopts a collaborative and project-based learning approach, as seen in its implementation of Project Based Learning, which is designed to foster creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning experiences. The school's key programs and features include a Science Fair, sports and physical education, and recognition and rewards for students' hard work and great character, such as the "Cubs of the Month" award. Park View Elementary values community involvement and promotes a positive environment, encouraging students to "think like a proton—positive" and fostering a culture of kindness, curiosity, and a can-do attitude. The school serves students from preschool to 5th grade and operates from 7:45 a.m. to 3:05 p.m., Monday through Thursday, under the leadership of Principal Katherine Odell.
